Limited Three-Year Warranty
Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. provides a limited three-year manufacturer warranty for eligible Biomat products.
Coverage period
- Year one: repair or exchange is provided without charge when the original invoice is supplied, subject to Richway's warranty terms.
- Years two and three: repair or exchange charges may apply under Richway's warranty terms.
The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Richway & Fuji Bio Inc., and its then-current written policy controls eligibility, exclusions, service, and charges.
Keep your purchase records
Keep the original invoice and product information. Register the product within 30 days of purchase where registration is required or available.
